  in Suffolk County, New York. 
  The provisions of New York Code of Civil Procedure will apply to any arbitration.

The purchase of IDetect products from this web site or by any other means are subject to the following terms of use:

•   Equipment purchased from this web site may be returned with all accompanying materials
    and a valid RMA# received from IDetect, Inc. within 10 days of the date of purchase. 
    There will be a 20% Restocking Fee on all returned items.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
